Job description

Are you passionate about building relationships, organizing impactful projects, and supporting a powerful mission? The Singletons, a nonprofit dedicated to serving single-parent families facing cancer, is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented professional to join our team in a versatile role that combines community engagement and administrative support. This role reports to the Director of Development.


What You’ll Do


Community Engagement & Outreach

  • Represent The Singletons at networking events and in the community
  • Manage relationships with partners and supporters.
  • Coordinate our Bare Necessities Drives and send monthly updates to partners.
  • Oversee a strong volunteer program and communications.
  • Support fundraising events and third-party engagements.

Development

  • Assist in tracking donations, managing database entries, and generating donor acknowledgments.
  • Help with grant research.
