Please note: This is a fully remote position open to candidates located anywhere in the United States except for residents of Alaska, California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, and Washington DC. Additionally, candidates in Ohio must reside at least 50 miles away from our Solon, OH office to be eligible.

Due to an abundance of high-quality work, National Enterprise Systems is seeking motivated individuals with minimum two years debt collections experience and strong negotiation skills to WORK FROM HOME. What We Offer:
  • Base Pay: $17-20/hr. (based on experience) plus monthly performance bonuses with no earnings cap
  • Schedule: 3 days: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM EDT, 2 days: 10:30 AM - 7:00PM EDT. Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities:
  • Contact individuals by phone to discuss and resolve past-due accounts

  • Apply techniques offered in training and coaching to improve performance and meet goals

Must have a reliable, high-speed broadband internet connection with a wired or fiber-optic connection. Satellite, DSL, Fixed Wireless, or Cellular Home internet connections are not acceptable.
