Medical coder and billing professionals needed for multiple medical device, pharmaceutical, DME, and tele-medicine / tele-health related companies. Presently hiring part time, full time, contract, hourly, remote (from home), and coding personnel for both on/off site facilities.

  • Senior Coders
  • Director of Coding
  • Manager, Coding and Abstracting (on site - 22 locations)
  • Revenue Cycle Manager - Payments, Credits, Self Pay (1,500+ physician affiliates) Remote (home office)
  • Medical Billing for multple specialties.

Responsibilities:
  • Comply with all legal requirements regarding coding/billing procedures and practices
  • Conduct audits and coding reviews to ensure all documentation is accurate and precise
  • Assign and sequence all codes for services rendered

  • Follows strict coding guidelines within established productivity and quality standards for all accounts assigned. Hiring for associates at different levels from 1.5 years experience to 5 years.
  • Senior Remote Coders will comply with Official Coding Guidelines in ICD-9-CM/ICD-10-CM coding conventions to assign diagnoses and procedure codes for physicians, ancillary outpatients, emergency room, outpatient surgical and inpatient records in a work from home position. Additionally, supervisory, (lead directors of other coders) includes monitoring and training.
