The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will take on a range of responsibilities aimed at supporting clients through comprehensive mental health care, which includes:

• Engaging directly with clients, both in a virtual office environment and via community outreach, to assess and address mental health challenges.
• Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to create comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices focused on enhancing client outcomes.
• Providing one-on-one therapy, group sessions, and family therapy aimed at improving client well-being and aiding in their recovery journey.
• Conducting brief evidence-based screenings to determine service needs and coordinating further assessments when necessary.
• Implementing integrated care plans that connect clients to the appropriate resources and services, while ensuring smooth information exchanges among clients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Assisting in crisis intervention as required, always prioritizing the safety and security of clients.
• Maintaining accurate and timely records for all client interactions, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participating in continuous improvement efforts within the organization, such as committee meetings, to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

The LCSW will primarily serve clients from diverse backgrounds who experience symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders. Our client base includes individuals facing socioeconomic challenges, and the ability to offer culturally sensitive care is paramount. You will play a central role in developing trusting relationships with these clients, allowing them to feel understood and supported as they navigate their mental health journeys.

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• Current and valid licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado.
• A bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field; advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, providing mental health services to individuals in diverse settings.

While not required, the following experiences will be beneficial for candidates:

• Experience working in community health, particularly within under-served populations.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and virtual care practices.
• Proficiency in documentation and use of electronic health record (EHR) systems.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
