Talent Acquisition Specialist - Behavior Technician Recruiting (Contract)
ACES Remote (WA Preferred)

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead high-volume recruiting for Behavior Technicians (BTs) across our centers nationwide. In this role, you'll partner closely with clinical teams to build strong candidate pipelines and support continued growth in 2026 and beyond.
Location: 90% remote, 10% in-person for events
Schedule: 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Pay: $26-$28/hour
Contract role (3-6 months) with potential to convert to permanent (not guaranteed)
What You'll Do:
  • Lead high-volume recruiting for Behavior Technicians (BTs) across multiple ACES locations
  • Source, engage, and nurture candidates interested in entry-level clinical roles within ABA
  • Create a strong, supportive candidate experience-especially for those new to the field
  • Partner with Clinical Operations Managers (COMs) and clinical leaders to align on hiring needs and timelines
  • Build local pipelines through partnerships with universities, community colleges, and community organizations
  • Represent ACES at career fairs, campus events, and community outreach initiatives
  • Leverage social media, text campaigns, and other creative strategies to attract BT talent
  • Manage candidate flow and maintain accurate data within the applicant tracking system
  • Make hiring decisions based on candidate qualifications, availability, and alignment with role requirements
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in high-volume or healthcare/entry-level recruiting (ABA or BT recruiting strongly preferred)
  • Ability to connect with candidates who may be new to the workforce or field
  • Strong communication skills and a high-touch recruiting approach
  • Comfortable managing multiple openings in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for helping candidates start careers in ABA and behavioral health

Minimum requirements:
  • 1+ year(s) of experience in high-volume recruitment and sourcing.
  • High school diploma and/or GED equivalent required.
  • Flexible multi-tasker, who can remain highly organized.
  • Detail-oriented and tech-savvy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
