In this full-time role, you will deliver therapeutic support to individuals, couples, and families throughout Colorado, addressing a diverse range of mental health issues such as trauma, anxiety, and grief. You will have the autonomy to shape your therapeutic practice and the flexibility to design a schedule that aligns with your personal and professional goals.

About the Organization

Bellwood Psychology Group is a community health clinic committed to providing high-quality mental health care. Our philosophy revolves around patient-centered care, and we focus on fostering a supportive environment for both our clients and our clinicians. We believe in the transformative power of therapy and strive to equip our team with the tools and resources needed for success in their practice.

Work Environment

This position is designed for remote work, allowing you to provide therapy from any location within Colorado that suits your needs. As part of a community health clinic, our remote setting supports your work-life balance while ensuring you have the necessary technology and administrative support to deliver effective care. All therapy sessions and administrative tasks are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, enabling you to focus entirely on your clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy through a secure telehealth platform, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of your clients.
  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to gather client histories, identify treatment goals, and develop personalized, trauma-informed treatment plans.
  • Provide psychoeducation to clients, offering coping strategies and resource referrals to empower them in managing their mental health challenges.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with all HIPAA regulations and Colorado state laws.
  • Manage a reasonable caseload that fits your scheduling preferences and professional aspirations, allowing for optimal focus on each client's well-being.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily involve supporting individuals and families facing a wide variety of mental health challenges, including trauma recovery, anxiety management, grief counseling, and adjustments to significant life changes. By utilizing a client-centered approach, you will facilitate personal growth and empowerment in your clients, helping them navigate their unique journeys toward mental wellness.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
  • An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Colorado is mandatory.
  • Proven experience delivering therapy in a virtual or remote setting is essential for success in this role.
Preferred Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience as a clinical social worker, with a focus on trauma-informed care, anxiety treatment, or grief counseling.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems is beneficial.
Compensation and Benefits

The annual compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience, accompanied by an attractive benefits package. Bellwood Psychology Group values the well-being of its employees, offering numerous benefits including:

  • Flexible scheduling options to prioritize a healthy work-life balance.
  • Comprehensive administrative support, handling scheduling, billing, insurance claims, and technical needs, allowing you to concentrate on your therapeutic services.
  • A reliable stream of client referrals that align with your clinical expertise and interests.
  • Opportunities for performance-based incentives and bonuses, ensuring transparency and reward for your dedication to client care.
  • Access to continuing education stipends for professional growth and clinical advancement.
  • A collaborative clinical community with optional group supervision and regular team engagement opportunities.
  • Leadership roles may be available as our practice expands, promoting individual career advancement.

At Bellwood Psychology Group, we promote continuous professional development. You will have access to educational resources, leadership training, and opportunities to take on increased responsibility within the organization as we grow. Your success and career trajectory are important to us, and we are dedicated to providing the tools you need to thrive in your role.
