What You Can Expect

The Senior Specialist, Clinical Strategy serves as a key partner in shaping and advancing clinical strategy across assigned digital and enabling technology platforms globally. This role leads execution of clinical strategy activities, including support for new product introduction, evidence planning, claims support, and publication strategy input. As a key cross-functional partner, this individual works closely with Business Unit, Regulatory Affairs, and R&D teams to help translate clinical strategy into actionable plans and execution across the broader Clinical Affairs organization.

How You'll Create Impact
  • Lead execution of clinical strategy activities for assigned products, platforms, or therapy areas
  • Contribute to development and maintenance of clinical evidence plans across the product lifecycle, including new product support and post-market needs
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align clinical activities with business, regulatory, and development priorities
  • Provide clinical input to support evidence needs related to product claims, regulatory submissions, scientific communications, and other business needs
  • Support development of clinical content, evidence summaries, and strategic recommendations for internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to publication and dissemination planning in alignment with broader clinical and business objectives
  • Serve as a clinical point of contact for assigned initiatives, studies, or external research partners, as needed
  • Help promote consistent execution of clinical strategy across internal teams and stakeholders
  • Provide guidance and informal mentorship to less experienced team members, as appropriate

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree and 6 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, health sciences, clinical research, public health, engineering, or a related field and relevant professional experience in clinical, scientific, regulatory, or product support roles is strongly preferred
  • Background in medical devices, digital health, healthcare technology, or other regulated healthcare environments preferred
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders such as Regulatory Affairs, R&D, product teams, and commercial partners preferred
  • Familiarity with clinical evidence planning, study support, scientific communications, or publication support preferred
Travel Expectations

Up to 15%
