As a Clinical Manager you will lead care delivery and clinical operations transformations that improve throughput, utilization, and frontline performance for providers and payers. Your primary responsibilities may include:

      Here's what you need:

      • Minimum 5 years of consulting experience with healthcare provider and/or payer clients

      • Minimum of 2 years of experience in care delivery operations, utilization management, or clinical performance improvement

      • Bachelor's Degree

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Clinical background (RN, MD, PA) or significant experience working with clinical leaders

      • Experience with prior authorization, or throughput optimization

      • Exposure to EHRenabled workflow redesign (e.g., Epic, Cerner)

      • Ability to translate clinical strategy into operational execution
