In your role as a Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for several key tasks that directly impact patient outcomes:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify patients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that utilize proven best practices and evidence-based interventions.
• Implement various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to each client’s preferences and specific challenges.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records that comply with HIPAA regulations, ensuring accurate documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment progress.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow social workers to create an integrated approach to patient care.
• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at enhancing clinical practices and maintaining high standards of care.
• Provide educational resources and support to patients and their families, helping them navigate mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources.
• Stay current with the latest research and developments in mental health care to inform clinical practice and improve treatment efficacy.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy services, demonstrating a solid foundation in treatment methodologies.
• Strong skills in solution-focused approaches and innovative therapeutic strategies.
