Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions grounded in evidence-based practices to individuals, couples, families, and groups, focusing on fostering meaningful changes.
  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy, adapting techniques as necessary to maximize client engagement and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create a holistic treatment plan that addresses all dimensions of clientsโ€™ well-being.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of client information.
  • Engage in professional development opportunities such as workshops and continuous education to stay informed about the latest trends and research in the mental health field.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and present a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.
  • A minimum of two years of counseling experience is necessary, preferably in a clinical setting.
Preferred Experience
  • Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly favored.

Compensation and Benefits
