• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based evaluation methods.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans employing solution-focused therapeutic techniques tailored specifically to each patient.
• Maintain detailed and precise clinical records to ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of health care professionals—including psychologists, psychiatrists, and other social workers—to coordinate care effectively and deliver holistic treatment.
• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance therapeutic interventions and foster personal professional development.
• Empower patients and their families through education about mental health conditions, treatment options, and resources available to them.
• Stay informed about the latest research, evidence-based practices, and developments in the field of social work to continually improve patient outcomes.

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients reflecting various socio-economic backgrounds, ages, and mental health challenges. Our patients may deal with issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance abuse, and it is your expertise that will guide them toward recovery and enhanced well-being.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid LCSW license in the state of Virginia.
• At least three years of clinical experience specializing in psychotherapy and direct client intervention.
• Demonstrated proficiency in employing solution-based psychotherapy interventions and evidence-based practices.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with an ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Previous experience in community health settings or outpatient mental health clinics.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline clinical documentation processes.
• Adeptness in conducting telehealth sessions, with awareness of best practices in remote client interactions.
