Our client is an innovative Core Banking software company looking for an experiencedΒ 

Sr. Software Implementation Manager with strong Core Banking vendor experience.

The Sr. Implementation ManagerΒ is responsible for the end-to-end rollout of theΒ 

company's innovativeΒ CoreΒ BankingΒ software and ensuring that the clients' are adequatelyΒ 

trained on the solution.Β 


She/he must:

-Exercise judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliverΒ 

the company's Core banking installations at Credit Unions and Community Banks.

-Resolve complex customer issues by recommending and implementing the company'sΒ 

solutions to meet specific client needs and objectives.

-Demonstrate expertise inΒ CoreΒ BankingΒ business processes and work with softwareΒ 

developers to continually improve of the company's solutions.

-Work with developersΒ to address the market conditions across multiple products.


Requirements:--

- at least 6 years of experience relevant to this position including 4 yearsΒ 

ofΒ CoreΒ BankingΒ experience working with a Core Banking vendor.Β 

-Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred.

- Product or technical expertise in implementingΒ CoreΒ BankingΒ Applications.

-Experience working with Credit Unions and Community Banks.Β 

-Ability to communicate effectively. Β 

-Ability to build rapport with team members and clients.Β 

Β -Strong influencing and negotiation skills.Β 

Β -Ability to travel as needed.
