Job description

Adecco is assisting a client in recruiting for a Category Manager – Facility Services opportunity. This is a remote contract role supporting strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives across a variety of facility services categories. Responsibilities for the Category Manager – Facility Services include but are not limited to:

  • Lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement projects for facility services categories.

  • Manage RFPs, supplier evaluations, contract negotiations, and supplier transitions.

  • Partner with Facilities, Real Estate, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders to drive sourcing initiatives.

  • Develop sourcing recommendations that balance cost, service quality, and risk.

Candidates for the Category Manager – Facility Services role must meet the following requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, category management, or vendor management.

  • Strong experience negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.

  • Experience supporting indirect spend categories; facility services sourcing experience preferred.

  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
