Mental Pathway Counseling and Psychotherapy Center is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. This position is remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while still being a crucial part of our dedicated team. We utilize a range of digital platforms to conduct therapy sessions, case management, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring robust communication and support for our clients. As part of your daily work, you will engage with both clients and colleagues through video conferencing software, email, and secure electronic health record systems.

• Design and implement individualized support programs to assist clients in overcoming personal challenges and dependencies.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews with clients to evaluate their current situation, emotional state, and specific needs while identifying strengths and weaknesses.
• Develop measurable, tailored goals for each client, continually assessing their progress to modify treatment strategies as necessary.
• Provide counseling and guidance during sessions, equipping clients with valuable coping tools and resources.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client progress, behaviors, and interventions, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and reporting requirements.
• Participate in case conferences with other professionals and provide relevant testimony in court when necessary.
• Act as the primary case worker for assigned clients, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care.
• Facilitate referrals to community resources and services to support clients in their recovery journey.

Your role will focus on a wide array of individuals, including children, adolescents, and families dealing with mental health issues, behavioral challenges, and life transitions. You will work closely with clients from diverse backgrounds, addressing their unique cultural and socioeconomic contexts, and striving to empower them toward achieving better mental health outcomes.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (BSW), Psychology, or Sociology is required. A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or equivalent is preferred.
• Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Connecticut is required.
• Prior experience in a clinical social work setting is essential; demonstrated ability to engage, assess, and guide individuals effectively.

• Proven work experience as a Social Worker, particularly in school or community-based settings, is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with social service systems, community resources, and treatment methodologies commonly utilized in mental health care.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms preferred.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a robust compensation package, we offer:
