• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for students with a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues, in compliance with professional standards.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), based on client needs.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
• Work closely with other members of the school’s mental health team, including psychologists and special education staff, to coordinate care and resources for students.
• Engage in regular peer consultations and case review meetings to discuss treatment plans and enhance overall care quality.
• Educate students and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available resources within the community.
• Stay updated on advancements in mental health research and practices to continuously improve clinical outcomes.
• Manage a full caseload of clients, ensuring that treatment objectives are met in a timely and effective manner while adhering to ethical standards.

Your primary focus will be on a diverse demographic of students from various backgrounds, many of whom may face challenges related to socio-economic status, family dynamics, and academic pressures. You’ll play a vital role in equipping these young minds with the coping strategies and support they need to succeed in their educational pursuits and personal development.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, specifically in delivering psychotherapy services.
• Strong knowledge of solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and techniques.
