• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the social, emotional, and psychological needs of clients.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to provide telehealth counseling that addresses trauma and substance use disorders.
• Document medical necessity and ensure the relevant paperwork supports client entry into our programs, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards.
• Facilitate access to crucial community resources, including financial assistance programs, childcare services, and healthcare access to enhance clients' well-being.
• Proactively respond to crisis situations, taking appropriate actions in scenarios of child abuse or mental health emergencies.
• Maintain regular monitoring and follow-ups with clients, assessing their progress and addressing emerging needs as they navigate challenging life changes.

Our client base primarily includes individuals battling substance use disorders and past trauma, with specific focus on veterans and underserved communities. The successful candidate will be adept at building rapport and trust with diverse patients, utilizing active listening and empathetic communication skills to foster an atmosphere of support and encouragement.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Valid LCSW license in the state of California.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in mental health service delivery, particularly in a health-related setting.
• A solid understanding of mental health conditions, treatment methodologies, and crisis intervention practices.

• Experience working with veteran populations, particularly in addressing unique challenges related to mental health and substance use.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and documentation systems that facilitate remote case management.
• Ability to work within an interdisciplinary team structure to coordinate comprehensive care plans.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
