Position Summary

Field Case Workers support program operations through field verification assignments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage assigned cases from intake through completion.

Maintain accurate documentation and case records.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies and contractual requirements.

Enter and maintain information in electronic case management systems.

Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

Participate in required meetings, training, and quality assurance activities.

Conduct field visits and verification activities.

Complete interviews and gather supporting documentation.

Prepare field reports and document findings.

Travel locally or regionally as required.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

One (1) to three (3) years of relevant professional experience.

Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
