Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement personalized support packages for clients, helping them navigate their challenges and achieve emotional stability.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate clients' current conditions, needs, strengths, and weaknesses.
• Create tailored, measurable goals for each client, addressing their unique circumstances.
• Monitor client progress regularly and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback.
• Provide clients with information and counseling to assist them in making informed decisions during therapeutic sessions.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and report on their ongoing status to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in case conferences and provide expert testimony in court proceedings when necessary.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to offer comprehensive support to clients.
• Facilitate referrals to relevant community services that can further support clients in their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on clients facing significant life challenges, including emotional distress, familial dysfunction, and substance use disorders. Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Proven clinical experience in delivering social work and counseling services.

Compensation and Benefits

We value our employees and offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a potential sign-on bonus. Additional benefits include:
