Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations for clients to ascertain their mental health status and needs.
• Design and implement individualized therapy strategies that cater to the specific requirements of each client.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Hold therapeutic sessions with clients in various formats, including individual, family, couples, and group settings to ensure holistic care.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with confidentiality regulations and organizational policies.
• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to contribute to client care plans and share insights on effective treatment modalities.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Westside Psychotherapy Services, you will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals struggling with substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and trauma-related conditions. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a counseling context is necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of this role.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

• The compensation for this full-time position ranges between USD 80,000 and 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
