What is remote case management?

This approach allows professionals to assess needs, develop care plans, monitor progress, and provide support without in-person meetings. Remote case management is increasingly popular in healthcare, social work, and insurance sectors, offering flexibility and expanded access to services. It relies on secure technology to maintain client confidentiality and ensure effective communication. This model can improve efficiency and client engagement, especially for individuals in rural or underserved areas.
