Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and risk assessments, effectively identifying the needs of each patient.
  • Implement crisis intervention strategies and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication between various programs and services, particularly with correctional facilities when necessary.
  • Lead group therapy sessions for patients on mental health observation units, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities to foster engagement and connection.
