This position is fully remote, offering the flexibility to create your own hours while maintaining a commitment to a 40-hour work week. Meetings and collaboration occur on various days, primarily Monday through Friday, with opportunities to work on weekends as needed. Through virtual platforms, you will engage in regular communication with colleagues, participate in team meetings, and discuss case management strategies.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and risk assessments, effectively identifying the needs of each patient.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication between various programs and services, particularly with correctional facilities when necessary.
• Lead group therapy sessions for patients on mental health observation units, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities to foster engagement and connection.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and care progress in accordance with organizational policies.
• Participate in weekly clinical supervision with a Clinical Supervisor to enhance your clinical skills and receive support in navigating complex cases.
• Participate actively in case conferences and contribute to treatment planning for patients considering or receiving mental health services.
• May conduct psychological testing and assessments as required, working in tandem with psychological professionals.
• Offer guidance and support to social work interns or student volunteers as assigned, fostering an environment of learning and development.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
• A valid, current state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.

• Experience in a mental health outpatient setting is preferred, with knowledge of case management practices and treatment modalities.
• Demonstrated experience in crisis intervention and group therapy facilitation.
