We are seeking an experiencedFreight Brokerwho thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and is ready to bring an established book of business to a growing organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional who understands the transportation industry, excels at building customer relationships, and has a proven track record of generating revenue through freight brokerage services.

The ideal candidate has strong experience inlogistics sales, a transferable customer portfolio, and a deep understanding ofLTL (Less-Than-Truckload) transportation. If you are motivated by earning potential, customer success, and business growth, we would love to speak with you.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow an existing book of business while identifying new revenue opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with shippers, carriers, and transportation partners.
  • Source transportation solutions that meet customer requirements while maximizing profitability.
  • Handle customer pricing, negotiations, and service management.
  • Coordinate shipments and proactively resolve transportation issues.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless execution and exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and shipment activity within CRM and TMS platforms.
  • Stay informed on market trends, carrier capacity, and pricing fluctuations.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as aFreight Broker, Logistics Account Executive, or Logistics Sales Representative.
  • Transferable book of businesswith active shipper relationships and revenue-generating accounts.
  • Strong experience selling and managingLTL freight solutions.

  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
