Ideal candidates:
âś” Proven B2B sales or business development experience
âś” Entrepreneurial and growth-oriented mindset
âś” Strong networking and relationship-building ability

âś” Comfortable with negotiations, advisory conversations, and complex deal processes
âś” Driven, resilient, and self-motivated
Core responsibilities:
• Develop relationships with business owners and acquisition buyers
• Market businesses and franchise opportunities for sale
• Structure and negotiate transactions
• Coordinate due diligence and closing activities
• Guide clients through the full buy-side or sell-side process
Requirements:
• 5+ years of professional B2B sales experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong communication and consultative sales skills
Compensation:
Full-time 1099 independent contractor role
Unlimited commission structure
High earning potential: $200K to $1M+ annually for top performers
