Description
The Director, Brand Strategy leads the development and evolution of integrated brand strategy for Moore's communications initiatives. This role serves as the senior strategic advisor responsible for shaping brand positioning, audience strategy, messaging architecture, and omnichannel engagement strategies for the portfolio of clients and initiatives.
The Director partners closely with clients and cross-functional leadership teams to translate organizational objectives into differentiated brand and marketing strategies that drive brand equity, engagement, and measurable impact. This position provides strategic oversight across creative, media, influencers, PR partnerships, and audience engagement efforts to ensure cohesive, insight-driven brand experiences across all channels and touchpoints.

Your Impact:
  • Leads the development of holistic brand strategies, defining positioning, audience segmentation, messaging architecture, and go-to-market approaches across integrated campaigns.
  • Serves as senior strategic advisor to executive-level clients and stakeholders, translating organizational vision and objectives into differentiated brand platforms and omnichannel strategies that drive engagement and long-term brand equity.
  • Oversees brand stewardship across all initiatives, ensuring consistency in voice, tone, visual identity, and messaging across all channels, touchpoints, and partnerships.
  • Directs brand research initiatives, translating qualitative and quantitative findings into strategic recommendations that drive brand growth and achieve brand KPIs.
  • Guides the application of brand strategy across campaign execution, partnering with creative, media, PR, influencer, and analytics teams to ensure all outputs align with the brand platform and strategic intent.
  • Collaborates with internal Moore teams and external partners to bring brand strategies to life through compelling creative, audience-first storytelling, and insight-driven activation.
  • Aligns cross-functional teams-including creative, media, research, PR, and analytics-around a unified brand approach, ensuring cohesion and consistency across all integrated efforts.
  • Provides strategic oversight and input to campaign planning and performance discussions to ensure alignment with brand objectives and overall business goals.
  • Performs other duties as required

Your Profile:
  • 10 or more years of brand strategy and management experience.
  • Previous agency or consultancy experience required.
  • Demonstrated experience leading omnichannel marketing or communications campaigns.
  • Experience presenting to and advising executive-level stakeholders required.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong expertise in brand strategy, including positioning, messaging frameworks, audience segmentation, and brand architecture.
  • Strong leadership presence with experience aligning multidisciplinary teams around a unified strategic direction.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-profile client relationships in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect brand strategy to organizational growth and performance outcomes.
  • Ability to translate complex client goals into clear, differentiated brand strategies that inform integrated marketing execution.
  • Proven experience managing large, multi-channel marketing campaigns with a strong focus on brand consistency and impact.
  • Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams, including creative, media, PR, research, and analytics.
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate brand strategy clearly and persuasively.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to timelines, budgets, and performance metrics tied to both brand and campaign outcomes.
  • Adaptable and solutions-oriented in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Fully competent in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems; able to quickly learn new tools and platforms.
