Description

Position Summary

Administer CTF operations in state programs through accurate data management, compliant processes, high-level customer service, and careful cash management practices. Work collaboratively with the CTF leadership team and ACSI departments to further CTF efforts.


This is a remote position performed from a home office anywhere in the contiguous United States. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities ย 

  • Execute the day-to-day requirements of the state programs, ensuring effective service delivery to schools, contributors, businesses, and stakeholders
  • Oversee the full scholarship process from receipt of contributions through award allocation and disbursement of funds
  • Manage financial transactions (inflows and outflows) and ensure accurate recording of all financial activity; prepare and submit required reports to state and federal agencies and the ACSI finance department
  • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare and submit required reports to state and federal agencies and the ACSI finance department
  • Ensure adherence to state and federal tax credit regulations, maintain compliance standards, and support program certification and reporting requirements
  • Oversee workflow processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and productivity; recommend and implement process improvements
  • Manage and maintain integrated databases of contributors, schools, and family/student scholarship applicants and recipients
  • Develop documentation and training materials on database systems, workflows, and program processes in coordination with leadership
  • Respond to inquiries from contributors, schools, parents, government representatives, and vendors in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with policy review, website content updates, business application support, and coordination with CTF and ACSI teams to strengthen program effectiveness
  • All other duties as assigned


Compensation and Benefits

Starting Salary Range: $21-$23.50 per hour; based on work experience, education, training, knowledge, skills, and internal and external equity.


Employees may choose from benefits including HDHP and copay medical plans, dental, vision, health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts, health savings account, 403b retirement plan, and supplemental life and disability insurance. In addition, ACSI provides vacation, sick leave, paid holidays, basic life, basic accidental death and disability, long term disability, employee assistance plan, Christian school tuition benefit, and discretionary annual bonus.ย

Essential Qualifications

Spiritually the ideal candidate shall possess characteristics that reflectย 

  • a demonstrated acceptance without reservation of the ACSI Statement of Faithย 
  • a strong, clear Christian testimony, acknowledging Christ as Savior and seeking to live as His discipleย 
  • a desire for spiritual growth as evidenced by his/her prayer life, Bible study, and spiritual outreach to others
  • a mature, godly spiritย 
  • a Christian role model (Luke 6:40) in attitude, speech, and actions toward others. (This includes being committed to God's biblical standards for sexual conduct.)ย 
  • a person of faith and prayerย 
  • a broad acceptance of and by the evangelical Christian communityย 
  • a strong knowledge and understanding of Scriptureย 
  • a servant leaderย 
  • an active participation in a local Bible-believing churchย 


Required Experience and Education

  • 3 or more years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work and communicate well with all levels of ACSI and CTF management, staff, schools, contributors, and third parties
  • Ability to problem-solve and multi-task effectively
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to deliver positive outcomes
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to be productive in a remote work environment
  • Desire to examine business processes and outputs for constant improvement and efficiencies


Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Professional remote work environment in which to conduct videoconferences and phone calls
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% by plane or automobile
  • Driver's License required to be kept current and in effect as a condition of employment
  • Employee is regularly required to walk, sit, use hands and fingers, talk, and hear
  • Essential duties require the use of computers to process information
  • The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include the ability to read at close range and distinguish colors and contrasts
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal
