Position Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist to provide therapy services for individuals, families, and groups. As a therapist at A New Life Services INC, you will have the flexibility to work remotely, using your own equipment, while providing essential mental health care through telehealth. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients with a variety of mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions through telehealth
  • Conduct thorough client assessments to develop personalized treatment plans
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client progress and session notes
  • Collaborate with other therapists, case managers, and healthcare professionals
  • Participate in regular supervision meetings and team consultations
  • Adhere to all ethical, legal, and professional standards
Qualifications

  • Must hold a current North Carolina licensure (LCSW, LCSW-A, LCMHC, LMFT, or related licensure)
  • 1+ year of experience in clinical therapy preferred (New Graduates are welcomed to apply)

  • Experience working with diverse populations and mental health issues
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team
