Job description

We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for BI dashboard and performance reporting professionals experienced in reviewing dashboards, KPI reports, spreadsheets, slide decks, data visualizations, metric definitions, executive reporting materials, and presentation-ready business artifacts for accuracy, rigor, clarity, and domain quality.

This role supports current and upcoming remote consulting opportunities focused on BI dashboard artifact review, performance reporting evaluation, rubric-based assessment, spreadsheet and slide deck quality review, structured feedback, and high-quality project execution. Selected professionals will evaluate AI-generated work products and apply subject-matter expertise to identify factual, analytical, aesthetic, and presentation issues.

Key Responsibilities

BI Dashboard & Reporting Review

  • Evaluate AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks involving BI dashboards, KPI reporting, performance reports, scorecards, executive dashboards, and reporting packs
  • Review dashboard materials for accuracy, completeness, metric clarity, usability, and practical relevance
  • Assess whether reports are logically structured, easy to interpret, and aligned with the stated business context
  • Identify unclear metrics, weak reporting logic, incomplete context, inconsistent terminology, or poor linkage between data and conclusions

Metric Logic & Data Visualization Evaluation

  • Review metric definitions, calculations, trend analysis, segmentation, filters, benchmarks, and dashboard assumptions
  • Evaluate charts, tables, scorecards, and visual summaries for clarity, accuracy, and analytical rigor
  • Assess whether dashboards and reports support sound business interpretation and decision-making
  • Identify misleading visuals, inaccurate calculations, weak comparisons, or incomplete performance narratives

Spreadsheet, Document & Presentation Quality Review

  • Review spreadsheets for structure, logic, calculations, formatting, usability, and consistency
  • Assess slide decks for organization, visual clarity, executive readability, and presentation quality
  • Identify factual, aesthetic, formatting, and presentation errors across Microsoft Office and Google Workspace files
  • Apply consistent review standards across documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks

Ideal Profile

Strong candidates may have:

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in BI dashboards, performance reporting, analytics, data visualization, business reporting, KPI reporting, or related work
  • Native or professional fluency in English
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
