Body Align Dynamics, a leading provider of physical therapy services in North Miami Beach, Florida, is actively seeking a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in helping our patients restore mobility and enhance their quality of life through customized therapeutic interventions. Your expertise will directly impact patient recovery, helping them achieve their physical goals effectively and efficiently.

Body Align Dynamics is dedicated to delivering high-quality outpatient rehabilitation services. Our modern facility spans 5,000 square feet and is equipped with the latest sports medicine technology, allowing us to cater to both athletes and active individuals seeking rehabilitation. Our experienced team consists of physical therapists and physical therapy assistants who collaboratively provide compassionate care to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.

Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our outpatient office, where you will work closely with another physical therapist and one physical therapy assistant. Our collaborative work environment promotes teamwork, learning, and mentorship to uphold the highest standards of patient care. Operating Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, we prioritize a work-life balance while fostering a professional atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess each patient's needs and establish personalized treatment goals that guide therapy sessions.
  • Provide hands-on treatment for 2-3 patients per hour, utilizing effective therapeutic modalities to enhance range of motion and mobility.
  • Develop and follow comprehensive care plans integrating both traditional and innovative therapies, focusing on non-surgical interventions to alleviate pain and improve function.
  • Deliver personalized fitness and wellness regimes tailored to individual patient needs, ensuring alignment with their recovery objectives.
  • Document treatment services accurately and maintain up-to-date patient records within our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, commonly using WebPT.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to synchronize care and optimize patient treatment plans.
  • Track and analyze treatment outcomes, adjusting care strategies as necessary to improve patient progress.
  • Encourage and motivate patients to actively participate in their rehabilitation journey, fostering a supportive and inspiring environment.
  • Utilize manual therapy techniques to provide relief and restoration of optimal function.
  • Educate patients on the importance of maintaining strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination to encourage a healthy lifestyle.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, sports-related conditions, and post-surgical rehabilitation. We pride ourselves on offering affordable therapy solutions that help reduce reliance on prescription medications while focusing on enhancing functional outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Valid state Physical Therapist License, with no disciplinary action.
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (DPT is preferred).
  • Strong manual therapy skills and proficiency in modalities relevant to orthopedic outpatient care.
  • Experience using EMR software such as WebPT to manage patient documentation effectively.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting is highly desirable.
  • Experience in a sports medicine environment, with a focus on performance enhancement and rehabilitation, will be an advantage.
Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for continuing education and professional development.
