Body Align Dynamics is seeking a passionate and experienced Licensed Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team in Homestead, Florida. This full-time role focuses on improving the mobility and overall quality of life for our patients through individualized treatment plans and comprehensive rehabilitation methods. The successful candidate will play an essential role in guiding patients through their rehabilitation journey, ensuring they recover effectively and regain their functional abilities.

Work Environment

Our facility occupies 5,000 square feet and is designed specifically to cater to athletes and active individuals requiring specialized rehabilitative care. We operate under a team-based approach, consisting of two physical therapists and a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), fostering collaboration and support amongst professional peers. As an onsite position, you will enjoy a vibrant work environment aimed at delivering quality therapy while also gaining fulfillment through patient interaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify their needs, goals, and treatment requirements.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on evidence-based practices, focusing on therapeutic modalities that enhance mobility and decrease pain.
  • Manage and treat 2-3 patients per hour, ensuring each session is tailored to promote progress in rehabilitation.
  • Incorporate innovative techniques aimed at reducing reliance on prescription pain medications by exploring non-surgical interventions.
  • Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient recovery.
  • Document patient progress rigorously, analyzing the effectiveness of treatments and adjusting care plans as necessary.
  • Inspire and motivate patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals through engagement and support, fostering a positive mindset during treatment.
  • Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) software, such as WebPT, to maintain accurate patient records and streamline communication.
  • Continuously stay updated on advancements in physical therapy and share insights with the team to improve patient care.
