Our telehealth framework utilizes advanced technology to facilitate efficient assessments, therapy sessions, and client records management, enhancing our overall care delivery.

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health status and substance use history, using structured interview techniques and diagnostic tools.
• Lead individual and group therapy sessions through video conferencing platforms, employing evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and support staff, ensuring holistic, integrated care for every client.
• Educate and guide clients' families to actively participate in the recovery process, offering resources and strategies to support their loved ones effectively.
• Maintain precise and compliant records of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to all relevant state regulations and organizational standards.

This position primarily focuses on adolescents and young adults facing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and substance use complications. Our therapeutic approach emphasizes understanding individual experiences while striving for recovery paths that foster resilience and skill-building. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or equivalent.
• Proven experience in delivering telehealth services to young clients, demonstrating an understanding of their unique needs and challenges.

• 2-3 years of direct experience in providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions in a clinical setting.
• Proficiency in navigating technology platforms, including electronic health records (EHRs) and teletherapy tools, to streamline client care.
• A commitment to professional development and training in evidence-based treatment frameworks used within our organization.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
