Work Environment

As a fully remote position, you will conduct all meetings through a secure video chat platform, allowing for personal engagement while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with health regulations. You will work within a supportive environment, collaborating with a dedicated team of professionals committed to fostering mental wellness. Set your schedule between Monday and Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with no on-call requirements, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting virtual therapy sessions with clients to address their mental health needs.
• Facilitating discussions that help clients explore their emotions and experiences, fostering insight and personal growth.
• Acting as an advocate for clients, assisting them in understanding and defining their therapeutic goals.
• Assessing clients' mental health conditions to develop and execute tailored treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices.
• Utilizing solution-focused methodologies to guide clients toward positive outcomes.
• Documenting client progress in electronic health records to ensure continuity of care and adherence to regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve adults experiencing stable, low-acuity mental health challenges. This allows you to focus on therapeutic strategies that enhance their quality of life through skill-building and emotional support. Your work will encompass a range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and stress management.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• One of the following independent licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Strong computer literacy skills, with experience in telehealth platforms preferred.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and familiarity with electronic health records will find themselves well-prepared for this role. A history of working within diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competency in mental health practices is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits

Restore Wellness Medical Group offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and hours worked. Comprehensive benefits include:
