Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive remote assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, crafting tailor-made treatment plans to support their individual goals.
• Provide individual therapy utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address the unique challenges faced by clients.
• Collaborate with clients to set clear therapeutic goals, continuously monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Offer teletherapy options, making it accessible for clients who have mobility challenges or prefer the convenience of virtual sessions.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans, aligning with our clinic's ethical guidelines and health regulations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of emerging mental health practices and enhance your clinical competencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients we serve at Restore Wellness Medical Group are pre-screened and stable individuals presenting with low acuity concerns. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
• An active, unrestricted license as LMFT, LPC, or LICSW. Note that we cannot consider applicants who are interns or those who require supervision due to limited permits.
• Demonstrated independence with client scheduling and case management, along with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• No disciplinary actions against your professional license.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We recognize and value the important work our counselors do. Full-time clinicians in this position can expect a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year.
