This full-time remote position allows you to deliver care from the comfort of your home while connecting with clients across various locations. Our community health clinic operates under a flexible schedule, allowing you to choose your hours Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a strong work-life balance. Additionally, with no on-call obligations, you can concentrate on delivering impactful therapy without the stress of after-hours duties.

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health and substance abuse history, identifying factors that affect their well-being.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions and lead group therapy discussions, employing evidence-based approaches tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary treatment team members to provide integrated care, ensuring an all-encompassing approach to the healing process.
• Educate and support family members by involving them in the recovery process, helping them understand their roles in their loved ones' journeys.
• Maintain accurate and timely client records, adhering to all regulatory guidelines and organizational policies for confidentiality and compliance.

In this role, you will primarily engage with adolescents and young adults facing a range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our target clientele is characterized by their unique experiences and needs, necessitating a compassionate and tailored therapeutic approach to facilitate their journey toward healing.

• Hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Possess active state licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or PsyD.
• Demonstrated experience in providing telehealth therapy, particularly with adolescents and young adults.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing training in our evidence-based treatment frameworks, referred to as our care pathways.
• Proficient in utilizing technology for therapy delivery, including familiarity with Google Suite and electronic health records (EHRs).
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills to foster effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Present professionally, ensuring a neat and warm demeanor that facilitates engagement with patients.

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to young populations.
• Ability to work autonomously while managing a remote home office, including a reliable internet connection and the privacy necessary for maintaining patient confidentiality.
