• A current and valid state license as an LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A nurturing, empathetic, and non-judgmental attitude toward clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle a varied caseload effectively.

While all qualified licensed therapists are encouraged to apply, candidates with prior experience in hospice care, trauma-informed therapy, or working with grief counselors are preferred. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation systems is also advantageous.
