This role is a fully remote position, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while working within a supportive virtual clinic environment. You will engage with patients through a secure, user-friendly telehealth platform, enabling you to conduct assessments, therapy sessions, and treatment planning from the comfort of your own home.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments during live video encounters to gather crucial patient information and provide an accurate diagnosis.

• Create personalized behavioral health treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, objectives, and preferences, ensuring evidence-based practices are incorporated throughout the therapeutic process.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions, including examination results and treatment progress, while adhering to HIPAA regulations and safeguarding sensitive information.

• Utilize your interpersonal skills to develop rapport with patients, guiding them through their mental health care journey and ensuring their emotional and psychological needs are met.

• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health practices through ongoing education and engagement with professional development opportunities.

As a Remote Behavioral Health Therapist, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Your compassionate approach to therapy will empower patients to cultivate coping strategies and make positive changes in their lives, ultimately enhancing their overall well-being.

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), Art Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Must possess a valid state license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW to practice independently.

• Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with patients and colleagues.

• Experience with electronic clinical systems and confidence in using electronic health record (EHR) platforms will enhance your productivity and organizational skills.

• Being bilingual in Spanish and English is considered a strong asset, allowing for better patient engagement and outreach.

• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health settings, delivering individual and group therapy.

• A proven track record of utilizing evidence-based psychosocial interventions and therapeutic techniques to drive patient success.

• Experience working within a telehealth framework is advantageous, as we emphasize adapting strategies to meet remote service delivery demands.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, you may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000. We provide a comprehensive benefits package including:
