The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
• Review and analyze payment histories.
• Drafting Proofs of Claim and other required Bankruptcy Court forms.
• Review and confirm accuracy of loan documents
• File Proofs of Claim in multiple jurisdictions nationwide.
• Monitor cases through court dockets, ensuring court deadlines are met.
• Keep case management system and client communication systems updated with status of cases
• Effectively communicate with clients and internal teams during the entire bankruptcy process.
• Develop and maintain congenial relationships with team members, leadership, and clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients at every level of interaction.
• Provide support to attorneys in a high volume, time sensitive atmosphere.
Requirements
Minimal Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
• Must be committed to providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to communicate courteously and effectively with clients, attorneys, and other internal employees.
• Must be able to work with others in a congenial and team-oriented manner.
• Must possess exceptional organizational skills; the position requires the ability to multitask and be adaptable to continual change.
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Ability to navigate and multitask through multiple systems.
• High-level proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Prior legal support or bankruptcy experience is preferred, but not required.
