Commission-Only Sales Representative

Remote | Uncapped Commission | Multiple Product Lines

We are expanding, and we are looking for motivated, commission-only sales professionals who want the freedom to control their income, schedule, and growth. This is a performance-based sales role for people who are comfortable prospecting, making outbound calls, starting conversations, and closing business. We offer multiple products and services across business-to-business sales, giving motivated reps more opportunities to earn. This position is best for someone who understands that activity creates opportunity — and opportunity creates income. High performers have the ability to make up to 30k per month.

- Managing leads, follow-ups, and activity through our CRM

- Meeting daily and weekly activity goals

- Working independently while staying accountable to results

What We Offer:

Commission-only pay with uncapped earning potential

- Multiple products and services to sell

- Fully remote work opportunity

- Flexible schedule based on performance and activity

- No income cap — top performers can earn significantly more

- Sales training, coaching, and support

- Opportunity to grow with a fast-moving company

- Performance-based advancement opportunities

- Estimated earning potential: $3,500–$20,000+ per month, depending on performance, effort, and closed sales.

Who This Role Is For

This opportunity is a strong fit for someone who is:

- Motivated by commission and uncapped income

- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently

- Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers

- Competitive, disciplined, and self-motivated

- Able to work independently without constant supervision

- Professional, coachable, and results-driven

- Experienced in sales, business development, appointment setting, or closing

- B2B sales experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate.

- Automotive, marketing, advertising, SaaS, call center, or dealership experience is a plus.

Who This Role Is Not For

This position is not a good fit for someone who is:

- Looking for hourly pay or a guaranteed salary

- Uncomfortable with commission-only compensation

- Not willing to prospect or make outbound calls

- Needing constant supervision or daily motivation

- Uncomfortable hearing “no” and continuing forward

- Looking for a low-activity or administrative role

Requirements
