Job Title: Azure Cloud Engineer

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy, and manage Azure-based cloud infrastructure and services.
  • Implement and optimize cloud-based solutions, focusing on availability, security, and scalability.
  • Manage and monitor Azure resources, ensuring the environment is cost-effective and optimized for performance.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to integrate cloud solutions into the CI/CD pipeline.
  • Ensure infrastructure is compliant with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve cloud-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Provide support for disaster recovery plans and backups within Azure.
  • Implement and manage security protocols, including identity and access management (IAM) and encryption in Azure.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like ARM templates, Terraform, or Azure CLI.
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices to internal teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience working with Azure cloud services (e.g., Azure Compute, Storage, Networking, Security, etc.).
  • Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, or Azure CLI.

  • Experience in monitoring tools like Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, or Application Insights.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Administrator Associate certification.
