What You'll Do
As a Cloud Operations Analyst, you'll help support and maintain Blue Mountain's cloud-hosted software environments for customers across the global life sciences industry. You'll work closely with experienced technical teams while gaining hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, databases, scripting, and software operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support cloud-based customer deployments and system configurations
  • Monitor cloud environments to ensure reliability and performance
  • Execute and maintain PowerShell scripts for operational tasks and automation
  • Assist with SQL database backup, restore, and maintenance activities
  • Support Azure cloud infrastructure and related services
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and process guides
  • Assist with authentication setup and application access management
  • Help troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues
  • Participate in software upgrades, cloud operations tasks, and continuous improvement initiatives
