Gain America's Early Careers program places new and recent graduates into entry-level Associate Cloud / DevOps Engineer (New Grad) roles with leading employers across the Jersey City, NJ area. Learn to automate and operate cloud infrastructure alongside a senior platform team. This is a launchpad: you'll gain real production experience with mentorship and structured onboarding.
We welcome new graduates and students, including candidates on OPT, CPT, or STEM-OPT work authorization.
Work model: Hybrid / on-site • Jersey City, NJ
You'll work with: AWS or Azure fundamentals, Linux, scripting, CI/CD basics, Docker
What you'll do
  • Assist with cloud provisioning and CI/CD pipelines
  • Write basic automation scripts (Bash/Python)
  • Support monitoring, deployments, and incident triage
  • Learn Docker, Linux, and infrastructure-as-code
