Job description

Ameritrust Mortgage is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Wholesale Account Manager. This is a full-time remote position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing broker relationships, and has deep knowledge of mortgage lending guidelines (former Senior Loan Processor with Account Manager experience preferred).

 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a pipeline of 60+ active loans efficiently and accurately.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for broker accounts and their processors.
  • Ensure compliance with lending guidelines for FHLMC, FNMA, HUD, VA, and Non-QM loan products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and broker processors to drive loans to closing.
  • Maintain excellent communication with brokers, processors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Navigate high-pressure situations with professionalism and poise.
  • Utilize MeridianLink Mortgage (formerly LendingQB) to process and manage loans.

✅ Qualifications

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in mortgage loan processing and wholesale account management.
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume pipeline (60+ loans).
  • Strong understanding of agency and government lending guidelines.
  • Experience with MeridianLink Mortgage (LendingQB) is required.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
