About the Opportunity

We're seeking a detail-oriented Loan Processing Specialist to join a fast-paced financial services team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of consumer loan documentation before funds are disbursed. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills, banking experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and process 10–20 loan files simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Thoroughly examine loan documentation and compare information across multiple internal systems.
  • Verify all borrower, dealer, and loan details are complete, accurate, and compliant before disbursement.
  • Identify missing or incomplete documentation and communicate with dealerships and credit unions via email to obtain required information.
  • Flag discrepancies, errors, or compliance concerns and ensure appropriate resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate timely loan processing.
  • Occasionally contact dealerships or credit unions by phone to clarify loan details and resolve outstanding issues.
  • Maintain detailed records and adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong data entry and administrative processing experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience working in a banking, lending, or financial services environment.

Pay and Benefits
