Auto Loan Processor

Location: Greenwood Village, CO: 100% On-Site

We are seeking a detail-oriented Auto Loan Processor to join a growing team that supports credit unions and consumers nationwide. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where accuracy, organization, and customer service are critical to success.

Position Overview

As an Auto Loan Processor, you will be responsible for reviewing and validating loan documentation, ensuring information is complete and accurate prior to funding. You'll work with dealerships, credit unions, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies, maintain compliance standards, and help facilitate a smooth lending process. This position is highly administrative and detail-focused, making it an excellent fit for individuals with data entry, banking, financial services, loan processing, or dealership experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and process auto loan files for completeness and accuracy.
  • Verify information across multiple systems and supporting documents.
  • Identify missing or incorrect documentation and communicate with dealerships or credit unions to obtain required information.
  • Ensure loan packages meet company and compliance requirements before funding.
  • Maintain accurate records and update loan status information.
  • Perform high-volume data entry while meeting quality and productivity standards.
  • Research and resolve documentation discrepancies.
  • Occasionally communicate with dealerships and credit unions to clarify information and resolve issues.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume data entry or administrative role.
  • Minimum 1 year of office experience in banking, financial services, loan processing, dealership operations, or a related environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Professional communication skills and customer-focused attitude.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Previous auto loan processing experience preferred.
  • Consumer lending or banking experience preferred.
  • Experience reviewing financial or loan documentation preferred.
  • Customer service experience in a financial institution or lending environment preferred.
Work Environment & Schedule

This position is fully onsite in Greenwood Village, CO.

Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

After Training: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, schedule assigned based on business needs. Occasional Saturday shift required. (Employees who work Saturday receive a weekday off in return)
