This position is fully remote, providing you with the flexibility to design your own work schedule while engaging with clients through a robust, integrated online platform. The virtual outpatient office is equipped with cutting-edge communication tools that facilitate seamless interactions, including video calls, audio messaging, and shared digital resources such as online journals and therapeutic worksheets.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients using our digital tools to determine their therapeutic needs and establish treatment plans based on clinical judgment.
• Utilize the telehealth platform to engage with clients through various formats, ensuring continuity of care while adhering to established ethical standards in counseling.
• Create and track individualized goals with clients, providing ongoing support and adjustments as necessary based on their progress.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes using our secure and confidential online system.
• Participate in regular professional development opportunities and engage with a community of peers for support and collaboration.

In this role, you will be working primarily with adult clients who are low acuity and seeking assistance with issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship challenges, and grief counseling. It's essential to recognize that our platform is designed for stable clients, as we do not work with children or individuals facing severe mental health crises, allowing you to focus your expertise and deliver effective, targeted support.

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Counseling or related field.
• A valid and active LPCC (Licensed Professional Counselor) designation in the state of Oregon.
• A reliable internet connection and appropriate technology, including a working phone and PC or laptop (tablets are not supported).

• Previous experience working in telehealth or online counseling environments.
• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities, particularly those relevant to treating anxiety and mood disorders.
• Experience with technology-driven approaches to client engagement and outcome tracking.

This full-time counselor position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, you will receive a monthly healthcare stipend and free access to the platform's services as a client while remaining an active counselor. The flexible scheduling allows you to balance your professional and personal commitments.
