• Provide individual counseling services to adults dealing with a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship challenges, and grief.
• Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and track their progress through our integrated goal-setting tools and online journals.
• Utilize various communication tools such as audio/video messaging, clinical worksheets, and assessments to tailor treatment plans effectively.
• Conduct initial client screenings to ensure appropriateness of care and determine the best-suited treatment modalities.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Engage with a network of over 10,000 therapists within the platform for support, consultation, and professional development.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Advocate Healthcare Services, you will primarily work with adult clients who are experiencing low-acuity mental health issues. By focusing on this demographic, you facilitate a supportive environment where individuals facing anxiety, mild depression, or adjustment challenges can benefit from therapeutic intervention without the complexity of severe mental health conditions. This targeted approach ensures effective treatment plans that promote positive outcomes.

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Counseling from an accredited institution.
• A valid, unrestricted LPC license in the state of Oregon.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using technology for telehealth services, along with reliable internet connectivity.
• Access to a computer or laptop (tablets are not permissible) for optimal client interaction.

• Experience with telehealth technologies and an understanding of best practices for delivering remote therapeutic services.
• Hands-on experience working with adult clients in a clinical setting.
• Familiarity with treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT).

• Annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 for full-time counselors, commensurate with experience.
