The Opportunity:
As the Analyst, you'll develop, implement, and measure the effectiveness of plans and procedures for clients, creating rich content to help you tell a realistic story. You'll listen to client challenges and identify threats, gaps, or risks that need to be explored and provide a safe space for recommendations that will make lasting, real-world impact.
What You'll Work On:
  • Utilize the Archiving and Enhanced Retrieval System (ARCHER) or designated government AAR system to monitor the battle, provide input to the Mission Command Training Program (MCTP) Exercise Control Group (ECG) assisting with adjudication and exercise control, and provides information to the Opposing Force Commander enabling conversations with exercise leadership and their participation in unit AARs.
  • Provide combat power status that is briefed to the Exercise Director during ECG meetings and provide "forensics" to support adjudication decisions.
  • Develop and maintain ECG Board slides for use by the ECG for work group, Exercise Director briefings, and scenario or MSEL Sync Meetings.
  • Alternate between deploying forward during training events and serving at CONUS Army installation.

You Have:
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office Word and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of current Army and Joint doctrine
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED and 10+ years of experience supporting the DoD or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience supporting the DoD

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with Constructive Simulation Models such as Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC) or Warfighters Simulation (WARSIM)
  • Experience using the Archiving and Enhanced Retrieval System (ARCHER)
  • Experience working with the Mission Command Training Program (MCTP)
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
  • Possession of excellent organizational, time-management, and customer service skills
  • Possession of strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Master's degree

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
