Job description

Location: Remote - Florida
Department: Corporate Systems and IT Administration
Work Type: Full Time
Shift: Shift 1/8:00:00 AM to 4:30:00 PM
Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $43.59 - $56.66 / hour
This is a remote position - incumbents, who reside in Florida only, may work at home. There may be occasional situations that require on-site support at an assigned Lee Health location.

The Advanced Application Analyst - Patient Access responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Responsible for build, testing, and support related to Cadence, Referrals, and/or Prelude Epic applications
• Serve as a Patient Access resource for new departments, locations, or Community Connect partnerships
• Daily duties include being a resource for projects, implementing enhancement requests, and incident ticket support
• Collaborate with operational leaders and other IT application teams to assess workflow needs related to projects and enhancement requests.
• Prepare and execute functional system and program specifications using structured methodology.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned project teams and department initiatives, develop test scripts, conduct testing, support application upgrades and project go lives.
• Utilize advanced application & analytic skills to design, build and test solutions to meet the needs of the organization.
Additional Experience Requirements:
• Epic Cadence certification (required)
• 3+ years of Epic Cadence build, support, & implementation experience
Additional Experience Preferences:
• Experience with Epic upgrade cycles and Change Management
• Proven experience in departmental onboarding and workflow analysis.
• Strong understanding of appointment scheduling, registration, and referral management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
