Overview
Job Title: AI Product Orchestrator
Location: Remote
Job Type: Independent Contract (Contractor / Non-Employee)
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: $100-120/hr 1099 / C2C
Contract Length: 6-8 Months - Renewable
Product Orchestrator: An AI-enabled product owner who owns long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and is the primary bridge between client stakeholders and the engineering pod.
Responsibilities
  • Translates client product intent into requirements clear enough for agentic delivery to act on directly; as code implementation accelerates, requirements quality becomes the primary bottleneck, making this the role's highest-leverage skill.
  • Coaches the team on modern AI ways of working and evolved agile practices as work is absorbed by AI agents and the harness.
  • Day-to-day agile ceremony and tracking are increasingly automated, elevating the role toward strategic product ownership rather than process facilitation.

Qualifications
  • Tech: Azure DevOps (ADO Boards), Claude Code and Cowork, Figma, some engineering background with a builder mindset, and highly AI-enabled.
  • Professional English fluency, written and verbal.
  • Timezone overlap of at least 5 hours with PST working hours (8am-6pm PST).

Pay Range
USD $100.00 - USD $120.00 /Hr.
