This high-growth technology company is building essential financial infrastructure to support and grow America's industrial GDP. We are hiring a founding product engineer to lead core 0-to-1 builds. The successful candidate will own the full-stack product lifecycle: scoping, designing, shipping, and iterating in the field. This role requires travel with the founding team to factory floors in the Midwest and Southeast to meet customers face-to-face and design/build exactly what they require.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own the complete product lifecycle-from identifying customer pain points to UI/UX design, through 0-to-1 full-stack engineering, and final product shipment.
  • Travel to manufacturing customers across the country and work directly with real-world users to validate and iterate on product concepts.
  • Contribute significantly to building a product culture that successfully balances speed, taste, and customer obsession.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Experienced Builder: Experienced in full-stack product engineering (including Postgres, Next.js, TypeScript, AWS, etc.).
  • Product Acumen: Comfortable scoping from ambiguity and designing UI mockups in tools like Figma.
  • Execution Mindset: Maniacal about shipping fast, scrapping what doesn't work, and iterating without ego.
  • Design Focused: Opinionated about UI/UX details and committed to aesthetic quality.
