Your base of operations will be the Community Health Clinic setting, where you will be part of a multidisciplinary team committed to coordinated care for our clients.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Beyond Social Work Center, you will be expected to:

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify mental health issues and substance abuse challenges.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions tailored to address the unique needs associated with substance abuse recovery.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and compliant clinical documentation, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support staff to coordinate comprehensive care and reinforce treatment goals.
• Educate patients and their families about available mental health resources and support systems to promote overall well-being.
• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in the field, integrating relevant findings into clinical practice to enhance client outcomes.
• Manage your caseload effectively while meeting treatment goals, ensuring quality of care for all clients.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Texas.
• At least one year of clinical experience providing therapy focused on substance abuse treatment.
• Strong knowledge of solution-focused interventions and therapeutic modalities.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills necessary for effective collaboration with clients, families, and a multidisciplinary team.

While a minimum of one year of experience is required, we prefer candidates who have a strong background in substance abuse therapy and treatment planning. Experience working in community health settings or integrated care environments will be a significant advantage in this role.
