LanceSoft is seeking a Social Work Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a travel job in Burlingame, California.

Travel Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – 13-Week Contract

Position: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Variable Day Shift (Start times between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM)
Schedule: Every Other Weekend Required

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for patients and families.
  • Develop and coordinate individualized discharge plans.
  • Provide crisis intervention and emotional support.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Connect patients with appropriate community resources and support services.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
  • Float to various units and provide coverage as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and professional standards.

Requirements

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Required.
  • Minimum 4 years of recent LCSW experience – Required.
  • BLS Certification – Required.
  • Ability to work across multiple hospital units and adapt to changing patient care needs.
  • Strong communication, assessment, and care coordination skills.
